Is the replay included? How long? Yes. A replay is included for 45 days after the live session. You’ll receive access details by email after you register.

How do I get my certificate? After the course, you’ll complete a short online post-course evaluation. Once submitted, your certificate of completion will be issued and delivered via email (typically within 1–2 business days).

Can I ask questions live? Yes. You can ask questions live during the session (chat and Q&A), and there will be dedicated time for questions at the end. Interactive participation is encouraged.

What if I can’t attend live? No problem. You can watch the replay within the 45-day access window and still earn credit, as long as you complete the required evaluation (and any attendance/verification steps noted in the course instructions).

Refund/transfer policy. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your registration to a future date of the same course (space permitting). Refunds are available if requested before the course begins.Once the live session has started or replay access has been delivered, refunds are not available.

Is this approved for PT/OT in California? Yes. This course is approved through CERS for California license renewal. Approval details: CERS Approval #20906 — 3 CE hours.

I’m Shannon Webb, EdD, a performance psychology and health education professional committed to helping people build the skills, habits, and mindset that support both well-being and high performance. Through my work in teaching, coaching, and consultation, I translate evidence-based strategies into practical tools for managing stress, strengthening confidence, improving focus, and creating sustainable routines. My approach blends mental skills training with health education principles so individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally when it matters most.
